Ask: Activity enabling self-introspection and appreciation for one another.

Outcome: ‘What’s in a Name?’ – A simple activity that visits the meaning and origin of one’s name, exploring the hidden potential in oneself and others. 

Mudras/Hastas (hand gestures) in Bharatanatyam was utilised to convey the meanings arrived at, opening doors to appreciation of one’s value systems.

CLIENT: BRITISH DEPUTY HIGH COMMISSION

Ask: Team activity that instills a sense of collaboration and celebration.

Outcome: ‘Yakshagana’- an immersive experience that revolves around a traditional theatrical art form, which offers collaborative tasks to accomplish.

Team work, leadership and the ability to step away from comfort zones were put to test, while also enabling cultural exploration and celebration of victory.

CLIENT : TECH DIVISION OF AN AMERICAN AVIATION COMPANY

Ask: Employee engagement event to celebrate Women’s History Month, and appreciate the female workforce.

Outcome: A Dance-theatre workshop, with storylines adapted from the history of Indian Courtesans. 

Elements from Indian classical dance as well as theatre were integrated in an engaging format to convey the importance of mentorship, strong allies and equity in workplace.

CLIENT: ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL

Ask : Innovation required for outreach and education of financial security

Outcome : A 40 minute dance production choreographed and presented for audiences consisting of HRs and Business owners.

The entire production was done using Indian Classical Dance and Music.

Ask : Need for cultural exchange program during a leadership conference.

Outcome : A 45 minute intervention where participants tried their hand at Indian Classical dance and music.

Repeated the session multiple times for different teams with modifications based on audience composition.

Ask : A virtual ice breaker for teams from different Asian Countries.

Outcome : A 45 minute intervention where participants tried their hand at Indian Classical dance and music.

Specific poems were selected and presented in different Asian languages to the audience to make them feel welcome and at home.

Ask : A virtual cultural showcase to celebrate the strength of women.

Outcome : A 7 minute dance and music video was delivered with an appropriate storyline.

The event was witnessed by various Diversity and Inclusion enthusiasts and several CEOs

CLIENT : Natural rememdies

Ask: A virtual cultural showcase of company values which had to be presented at the annual townhall.

 
Outcome : A 5 minute dance and music video was delivered with a custom storyline. English and Hindi were used to communicate to employees of diverse backgrounds.

The entire presentation was through Indian Artforms.

Ask: An exciting Pride month session that would be informative as well as entertaining.

 
Outcome : A 60 minute intervention through dance and music complete with the origins of the LGBTQ+ communities across various civilizations.

Ask : Engagements for kids to be planned for a period of three months to spread awareness about their heritage

Outcome : Close to 50 sessions delivered through stories, music and dance.

Sanskrit plays, Mythical animals, Royal feuds and Folk tales were used to keep the sessions interactive and engaging.

A week-long conference and offsite of the product team included a special team building activity using Indian Classical dance. Introduced as a way of team building and culture appreciation
